Yep, big arse pot of chili for food tonight. I am stuffed to the hush puppies. No more room in me belly. Now, for you veggie people, I did add black beans, red beans, pinto beans, chili beans, kidney beans, 2 onions, 2 bell peppers, 2 jalapenos (on a stick), and lots of seasoning. I think it was good.

It's not Friday tomorrow, but I am soaking kidney beans. I'll score a mix of Mince* Beef and mince Pork from my friendly local butcher tomorrow. Chillies will probably be Scotch Bonnet plus some of the big ones and some of the little ones from the corner shop. I'm not sure of the variety. I'll see about posting some pics', you might be able to tell me what they are. Chilli for me tomorrow & it's your fault :)

P.S. What are jalapenos on a stick?
*I think mince = ground in your part of the world.

Jalapeno on a stick refers to a joke by a stand up comic - he used a jalapeno on a stick as one of his characters.

I know of this mince. Mmm, wish I had a local butcher and a corner market like that.
