We don't get the HBO at home, so we have never had the chance to watch this series although we wanted to watch it. Anyway, we finally rented the complete first season from the blockbuster (argh) and we managed to watch the first episode last night. It was FANFRIGGINTASTIC! It is not due back until next Saturday, so hopefully we will have time to watch all of Season One, or else we will just have some late fees.

Good, good, good series as of episode one...

Gritty, Roman, Nude, Men, Women, Blood, Guts, Drama, Love, Hate, Duty, Honour, Back Stabbing, you name it...

This is one of the many TV series that I have waiting to be watched that we just never got around to (like The Riches, and the rest of Life on Mars, etc.) Good to know it's worth it. Although with all the NEW tv starting up this week, I have no idea when we're going to find time to fit it in. Argh!

I love ROME so much I may marry it. It's worth any late fee to watch it all.

FYI, I also highly recommend Life on Mars (BBCA). It is my second favorite tv show. EVAR.

I meant to watch this but didn't (we have HBO).

Regarding late fees: Depending on your local Blockbuster, you may not get any fees as long as you don't keep it for too long. That's how ours is. On the receipt, it always says "Own it on {date}." So if you turn it in before then they don't charge you even if it is technically late, but if you keep it past that date, they will bill you for the price of the movie.

ROME! One of the best shows I ever watched. Shame they canceled it, but from what I've read that show was one of the most expensive television shows ever produced.

And it's my personal opinion that Peggy Walker is the second hottest actress in the world behind Scarlett Johansson.

I'll have to look for it online ^-~
