Bid accepted. Sign papers tomorrow. Sale pending on inspection. Woo, sorta, hoo! Dept, can you hear me?
Bids in, counter offers came, redid bid and it's in. If this is not accepted then we probably need to find an apartment. Apartments down here are not that cheap. Probably get one for about 800.00 plus all of the frelling pet associated fees, etc... The monthly note on this house would be around 940.00. Would rather house. Will have to wait again. Will not know anything till 5 o'clock or so. Wife's been out playing with her new major professor - I am jealous. I had nothing to do but wait and wait. Enjoy the video...
