What was the best movie you saw this year?
So, here's a list in more or less alphabetical order...
- 30 Days of Night
- 300
- Beowulf
- I am Legend
- Stephen King's The Mist
- The Simpsons Movie
- Stardust
- Sweeny Todd - The Demon Barber of Fleet Street
- Transformers
Some that I want to see...
- The Kite Runner
- Last Legion
I am sure there are more in both categories, but one does what one can.
- 10:39 It's Friday. I ain't got nothing to do. I ain't got no job. Well, that's not true and I ain't going to fire one up anytime soon... Frell
- 11:55 Once again, just so you know, myspace.com sucks.
- 17:37 Waiting for 25 minutes to be up so that I can go home. No work again until Wednesday, January 2. Holidays must end, however, tired of them

I don't know if it will be an "official" Meat Day today (well, it hasn't been to this point). It doesn't feel like a "meat" day. Too much of the meat over the holidays. So, you know, eat some meat if it feels right. If it doesn't eat something that isn't meat, like spam. Have a good Friday Night!
Thank you Holidays...
Now because of you, we have huge (not like mega huge, but big) credit card bills to pay, a frelled up drainage/water/sewage problem at our house, a car that is still leaking something from somewhere. Let us not forget that our car insurance is about due and the TV that no longer works...
I know, dear Holidays, that this or these are not really your fault. It just appears that you always bring with you things that want and need more money than we have. Why, Holidays, why? Can't we just eat the food that comes with you? Can't we just enjoy the days that are Holiable? Maybe we'd be better off without you. I'll give you another year, dearest Holidays. Just one more year and then I will do without you - you know, should you be an arse yet again.
What's the best gift you received this year?
This is actually quite easy, as I got something that I have been wanting for a few years...
It is a carved, wooden dragon - let's call him Steve. You can get them via World Market. It was a gift from me wife.
...go marching in...
We are going to a Saints game tomorrow! I have only been in the Superdome once before - for some High School football finals action (no, I was only a spectator).
Noon game. I'll be the person in the Saints cap. Let me know if you see me.
Well, it's a day late because I had no netz at home, but now I do.
I believe I have talked about the goodness that is Leatha's before. However, this time I have pictures. I can almost promise you that it will be the best BBQ you ever do eat.
The Building Itself, complete with plywood floors and the occasional beach towel for a drape...
The smoke house is directly next to the building of goodness...
Leatha's is located in the back of a lot that sells trailers, pure goodness...
The meat (beef rib and pork rib) with and without flash - notice, nothing but meat on the plate...
The rolls and sauce (you only need one sauce!), and yes, the rolls have been heated in a microwave...
The sides, if you must have them and they are fantastic (slaw and potato salad - mustardy goodness)...
Better than home cooking...
I gots the World Wide Web back at my house. I would thank Comcast, but it may go out if I become to nice to them.
YaY Netz!
