Show us some fish.
Speckled trout, redfish, and maybe a flounder or two. Every now and again we try to go fishing around the Venice, LA area. Actually, we usually fish out of Venice, LA. My wife's old high school coach is now a captain who runs a fishing guide service - Delta Dawn Fishing Guide Service. We always catch near our limit of the fish previously mentioned. It is quite something to go saltwater fishing in Louisiana. If you have yet to go, then give it a try. We probably will not get to go this year as we are moving and all of our money will be tied up in that venture, but perhaps next year...
All day...
Added, a bit later today...
Been mostly packing stuff all damn day. The more we pack, the more crap we turn up. Got a good bit done. A good bit, but not all. Please see the video for my feelings on packing...

Well, we are sticking with the mold we know and the house on which we originally placed a bid. Seems the sellers are now going to pay to fix the mold issue in its entirety. They are also going to fix some small things and then do some of the exterior painting and fixing up to $1,000.00. They are also providing a home warranty for one year. The house is ready and in move in shape. We may have actually called a bluff, who knows? So, we shall see...
It's been a ride thus far, here's to it getting smoother!

Your past life diagnosis:
I don't know how you feel about it, but you were female in your last earthly incarnation. You were born somewhere in the territory of modern Northern England around the year 1850. Your profession was that of a digger, undertaker.
Your brief psychological profile in your past life:
Person with huge energy, good in planning and supervising. If you were just garbage-man, you were chief garbage-man.
The lesson that your last past life brought to your present incarnation:
You are bound to solve problems of pollution of environment, recycling, misuse of raw materials, elimination of radioactivity by all means including psychological methods.
A digger they say. Probably say I. Gosh darn it, I was the head digger of ditches. I better get on what I should be doing now - look out pollution, me and Mr. Gore are coming...
Book: What book would you like to see made into a movie?
Submitted by Felipe Anuel.
Well since ERAGON was a huge, craptastic movie made from a fantastic book, I am a bit down on the making books into movies idea. I would like to see them remake ERAGON and have it not suck.
I am looking forward to The Hobbit being made into a movie if they would let Peter Jackson direct it. If not, then I don't know.
That's all...
Well, FUCK IT! Actually, you may have noticed that I do not curse to much on this blog, but this deserves a FUCK IT and a major FUCKING SON OF a BITCH!
The home inspector noticed mold underneath the house we placed a big on, so the inspector got it checked. It turns out that there is elevated mold conditions on the inside of the house. Now, this can be fixed, by first spraying to kill the mold and then by placing a moisture barrier, but all in all that will cost about 700.00 - screw that. If they sellers are not willing to fix that and at least 2 other serious items (repaint around house and fix some window and A/C problems) then FUCK IT. We are back to square fucking one. Another house that we liked is on the market again and our agent has asked that house's agent what she would be willing to sell it for based upon certain conditions. This all sucks big ones because we are MOVING sometime in Mid - Late May. I start my new job June 04 and my wife needs to start ASAP. Neither of us want to move into an apartment again and I definitely do not want to move into an apartment for 3 months and then into a house - if one can be found.
I assume a bright spot will appear. We have been too lucky thus far and have just had this shit sandwhich to eat, but it does not taste to good.
Later.
