Now we know.  Oh, and I may have a bad case of the Mundays...

Well, our technology librarian/keeping crap-running person is leaving our system very soon.  I do not think she will be replaced any time soon as well.  With that said, it is now up to the branch managers to keep up their respective branch websites.  The problem is that the shell we have been given to update our websites is somewhere along the lines of Web/Library 0.5 (no way near 1.0 or 2.0).  To compound this problem, we have been given a web editor similar to the old Netscape Composer (SeaMonkey I think) - good, but ancient and outdated.  So, I am left with the dilemma of keeping the shell and only updating events, scraping it all and trying to create something good with limited to no funds or tech, or I can do what has been done in the picture below.
